3D Fabrication Request Form

Thanks to a generous Support for Creation of Open Educational Resources (SCOERs) grant from the Consortium of Academic and Research Libraries in Illinois (CARLI), we are proud to provide 3D printing services for faculty, staff, and students, free of charge. 

The Harold Washington College library has Prusa Original MK4S 3D printer using PLA filament. Other types of filament are not available at this time.

All fabrication requests must be booked at least 24 hours before the appointed time.
