The grid below shows today's Malcolm X Library or Academic Support Center study room availability. Use arrows below the date to find additional dates.
Green squares indicate that the room is available. Click a green square for your preferred time. A "Submit Times" button will appear below along with the time you chose. Two hours maximum appointment time per group or individual. Repeat bookings for a single space are not allowed. More flexibility may be provided based on scheduling. Stop by the Circulation desk with questions on extending your booking.
When you click Submit Times, please enter the following required fields:
- Full Name
- Email for confirmation.
- Faculty, Staff or Student status
- Number of people in your group (Study rooms are for 1-6 people, Conference room is for 6-20)
- Reservations may be cancelled if terms not followed. Repeat bookings using false email credentials will be cancelled.
- Reservations will be cancelled after 15 minute grace period.

The Training/Conference room is available for 6-20 people only.
